Terms of Service

1. The service. SantaClause.me provides seasonal family entertainment: AI-powered Santa video conversations, a Santa tracker, wish lists, games, and related features ("the Service"). Santa conversations are generated by artificial intelligence and are entertainment, presented in-character for the enjoyment of families.

2. Accounts are for adults. Only a parent or legal guardian (18+) may create an account. Children access the Service exclusively through parent-approved child profiles and parent-provided access codes — children never hold accounts.

3. Parental control. Parents control all personalization Santa receives, all purchases, recording consent, and may delete their family's data at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support.

4. Purchases. Paid features (call passes, keepsake videos, gift passes) are one-time seasonal purchases processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. Refund requests are handled case by case with a bias toward keeping families happy.

5. Recordings. Call recordings are created only for the purchasing family, stored privately, and accessible only to the family's account. Do not share recordings in ways that violate others' privacy.

6. Acceptable use. Do not attempt to break the Santa character's safety rules, probe other families' data, or resell access. We may suspend accounts that endanger the Service or its families.

7. Availability. The Service is seasonal entertainment provided "as is." We aim for Christmas-Eve-grade reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
